The terms for using Nocodetalks Books Connector. Last updated November 6, 2026. ## 1\. This agreement This agreement is between you and Ankur Khandelwal, trading as Nocodetalks (“I”, “me”), and covers your use of Nocodetalks Books Connector (“the connector”), a hosted service that links a QuickBooks Online company to AI apps through the Model Context Protocol. By connecting a QuickBooks company, you accept these terms. If you connect on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for it and to connect its books. ## 2\. License I give you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the connector for your own business or for clients who have authorized you, under these terms. You may not resell it, copy it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing service. ## 3\. Acceptable use - Connect only QuickBooks companies you are authorized to access. - Don’t try to reach another company’s data, get around the read limits, or overload the service. - Don’t use the connector for anything unlawful or for anything Intuit’s terms forbid. ## 4\. AI apps and changes to your books The connector acts on requests from the AI app you connect, such as Claude or ChatGPT. AI apps can misunderstand a request or produce wrong answers. Every change is shown as a preview first, and you are responsible for reading it and deciding whether to approve it. Approved changes are made in your real QuickBooks company. Check important figures against QuickBooks before relying on them. Your AI app is provided by a separate company under its own terms. I am not responsible for what it does with the information the connector returns. ## 5\. Not professional advice The connector retrieves and changes accounting records. It does not give accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and its output is not a substitute for a qualified professional. ## 6\. Your data Your QuickBooks data stays yours. I don’t claim any rights to it. How the connector handles it is described in the [privacy policy](https://www.nocodetalks.co/quickbooks-mcp/privacy), which is part of this agreement. ## 7\. Intuit The connector is independent and is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit. It depends on Intuit’s API and sign-in, which Intuit may change, limit or withdraw. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. For problems with the connector, contact me, not Intuit. ## 8\. Free service and limits The connector is free. It has daily and monthly read limits, described on the [connector page](https://www.nocodetalks.co/quickbooks-mcp), and I may change those limits, the features, or stop the service, with notice on that page where I can. Paid Intuit APIs, higher limits and custom work are available under a separate agreement. ## 9\. No warranty The connector is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted service, to the fullest extent the law allows. ## 10\. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, or errors in your books arising from your use of the connector, including changes you approved. My total liability for any claim about the connector is limited to USD 100. ## 11\. Ending this agreement You can stop at any time by disconnecting, as described in the [privacy policy](https://www.nocodetalks.co/quickbooks-mcp/privacy). I may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 continue after it ends. ## 12\. Governing law This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. ## 13\. Changes and contact If I change these terms, I’ll update the date above. Continuing to use the connector after a change means you accept it.
