What this site collects, and what happens to it.

## Who runs this site

This site belongs to Nocodetalks, a one-person product studio run by Ankur Khandelwal in Bangalore, India. For anything about your data, email [ankur@nocodetalks.co](mailto:ankur@nocodetalks.co).

## When you browse

- Like any web host, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
- [Simple Analytics](https://www.simpleanalytics.com) counts visits: which pages are read and where visitors came from. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data ([what it collects](https://docs.simpleanalytics.com/what-we-collect)).
- [Microsoft Clarity](https://clarity.microsoft.com) shows how visitors use the pages, through heatmaps and session replays of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It uses first- and third-party cookies to group page views into a visit. Microsoft handles this data under the [Microsoft Privacy Statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
- The site shows no ads. Fonts and images are served from this site; the testimonials on the homepage load from [Senja](https://senja.io).

## When you book a call

The free audit is booked on [Cal.com](https://cal.com/nocodetalks/quick-catchup-30-min). Cal.com collects the name, email and any notes you enter, and handles them under [its own privacy policy](https://cal.com/privacy). I use those details only to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up about it.

## When you email me

I keep the emails you send so I can reply and keep a record of our conversation. I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

## Client data in projects

Data you share during a project, such as books, statements or client files, is covered by our project agreement and any NDA, not by this page.

## Sharing and selling

I don't sell personal data and I don't share it with anyone except the services named above, which process it to run this site and the booking.

## Your choices

Email [ankur@nocodetalks.co](mailto:ankur@nocodetalks.co) to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I reply within a few business days.

You can block or delete Clarity's cookies in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.

## Changes

If the site starts using a contact form or a newsletter, or changes its analytics, this page will say so, with the date it changed.
