# Less retyping. More client capacity.

Finance automation for US CPA and bookkeeping firms.

Statement-to-books pipelines, QuickBooks cleanup and document chasing, built around your current process. Every automated step ties out, and client data stays on your machines.

Sound familiar?

- Clients send statement PDFs instead of connecting bank feeds.
- Every client's QuickBooks file is categorized a little differently.
- Staff spend tax season chasing the same missing documents.
- You'd use AI, but nobody can say what happens to client data.

## What I build for CPA firms.

Each one starts as a pilot on three clients, with your staff reviewing every output. Scope, price and timeline are fixed in writing after the free audit.

01

### Statement-to-books pipeline

PDFs in; categorized transactions and a QuickBooks or Xero import file out, with a tie-out per account.

- Runs on the firm's machines
- Your rules first, AI for the rest
- Exceptions list for review

02

### Client books cleanup

Bank rules and recategorization generated from each client's own history.

- Rules from last year's ledger
- "Ask My Accountant" cleared
- Duplicates flagged

03

### Document chaser

Tracks what each client still owes you and sends the reminders before tax season.

- Per-client checklist
- Email and SMS reminders
- Status for the whole team

## Every automated step **ties out to the source document** before anything reaches a client's books. If it doesn't tie, it stops and shows you why.

### Your rules first

Existing bank rules and categories handle most lines. AI only sees what's left.

### Data stays local

Files are parsed on your machines, and account numbers are redacted before any call.

### People sign off

Nothing posts to the books without a person reviewing the exceptions and importing.

## How we'd work.

Start with one step, not a platform.

1. Week 0 · Free
### Audit
30 minutes on your close process and client mix. You get the step worth automating first.
2. Weeks 1–3
### Pilot on 3 clients
The build runs on real client books, with your staff reviewing every output.
3. Month 2
### Roll out
Once the tie-outs hold for a full month, it goes to every client.

## Common questions.

Still unsure? Email ankur@nocodetalks.co.

Will this work with QuickBooks Online and Xero?

Yes. Everything writes import files or uses the official APIs for both. QuickBooks Desktop is supported through file import only.

Do we have to change how the firm works?

No. The first build automates one step you already do by hand, inside your current close checklist.

What about IRS Section 7216?

Section 7216 covers tax return information: what clients give you for a return and what you derive from it. Work that never touches it is outside the rule. For work that does, the IRS hasn't said whether sending it to an AI tool needs consent, so builds either keep return data out of AI or run only after the client signs a consent naming the provider. The 7216 guide explains the options. This isn't legal advice.

How many clients can it handle?

Builds are set up per client profile, so adding a client means adding a profile, not rebuilding the tool.

You're in India. How does that work with a US firm?

My day overlaps US Eastern mornings and calls are booked in your time zone. Every week you get a status call and a written update, with a shared Slack channel to keep you posted in between.

## Start with one step, not a platform.

The free audit finds the step worth automating first in your firm. Then a fixed scope and price, if you go ahead.
